Weekly Rates
Weekly rates: from $600 for 2 and $800 for 4 guests.

Daily Rates
Daily rates: from $95 for 2 guests and $120 for 4 guests.
* Daily rates are from $80 depending on season and number of people
* Self-catered breakfast package optional
Rental Conditions
* The rental includes all utilities, linen, towels and sheets and end-cleaning
* Check-in: 3 pm (or as per prior arrangement)
* Check-out: 10:30 am
* Deposit:
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of confirmation of rental.
The remainder of payment is due on arrival.
All funds must be in Canadian dollars.
* Cancellation:
The deposit will be refunded if the apartment can be rented again during the rental term.
Any days the apartment cannot be rented will be deducted from the deposit as well as any
costs
regarding transfer of funds, exchange rate loss etc.

* Hiking and Biking: Extensive trail system in nearby Golden Ears Provincial Park, one of B.C.’

largest parks, that is prized for its recreational opportunities. Local wetlands with miles of
dykes,
as well as the famous Trans-Canada Trail.
* A Golfer’s Paradise: Seven golf courses and a 60 stall driving range.
* Horseback Riding: Five equestrian centers and numerous riding trails.
* Watersports: Excellent canoeing, kayaking, boating and swimming with five lakes and the
Allouette River.
