Domaine de Palatz near Carcassone has a very tranquil atmosphere for your enjoyment and peace. Situated within 25 acres
of unspoilt land, for picnicking, nature walks and relaxing in the countryside amongst vineyards, and woodlands.
There are three luxurious stone built gites / cottages as well as three galleried bed and breakfast rooms for rental.
Situated on the edge of the village of Laure Minervois and in the heart of the wine growing area of the Minervois, it is a
wonderful place to discover new wines of the Minervois, Corbieres and Malepere. This property, surrounded by vineyards, is
close to the beautiful village of Caunes Minervois, with its famous Abbey and Gorge, Minerve and Cathare village, with its
wonderful large Gorge, Paraza and the Canal du Midi, built in the 1600s, Narbonne, the Roman capital, Cailhol, with its
mystery walk, and Lagrasse, the prettiest village in the Aude.
Step back in time and enjoy the flavour of this area of Carcassonne in the Languedoc-Roussillon, South of France.

Cottage Gite: Sunflower
sleeps 6 persons. Main bedroom - twin beds, medium bedroom (which is accessed through main bedroom) double bed.
Separate area for wardrobes. All bed linen is supplied Bathroom: bath with shower over, wc, twin basins. Downstairs,
smaller bedroom (accessed off lounge), full size bunk beds. Large lounge / dining area seats six. Kitchen, fully equipped
including iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave oven.
Cottage Gite: Lavender
sleeps 2- 4 persons, all bed linen is supplied. Bedroom - double bed. Kitchen, fully equipped including iron and ironing
board, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave oven, seats four. Lounge, with double bed settee, large
bathroom/shower/wc, twin basins.
Cottage Gite: Tulip
Sleeps 5 persons, all bed linen is supplied. Bedroom - double bed, half bedroom with single bed, Bathroom: shower, wc
with double basins. Large lounge with double bed settee, sofa. Kitchen: fully equipped including iron and ironing board,
washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave oven, seats six.

Come and enjoy bed and breakfast at the main house, consisting of 3 luxury bedrooms;

gardens and rockeries, within 25 acres of unspoiled land, where you can take nature walks in the countryside in the heart of
the Minervois vineyards in the Aude region. All King size beds with en-suite bathrooms; with ample space for children's bed/s
if required.
Prices for B&B in the main house: From €80 per couple
Prices for B&B in the gite: From €60 per couple
July and August includes air-conditioning.
For one night only stays, there is a supplement of €15 per couple.
You will find; TV / DVD / fridge & kettle---PLUS a tea and coffee hospitality tray.
PLUS use of swimming pool and pool house.
On sunny days breakfast will be served in the garden.
