Summer estate, built in the 30th, recently renovated, L’Escale is ideally located in the
quiet residential district of Cassis, 50 meters above the crystal clear waters of a lovely
small intimate “calanque”.
Its charming atmosphere, its location on the sea front with an astonishing view on the
Mediterranean and the Cap Canaille make of L’Escale a privileged spot at only 3h15 from
Paris by TGV and 45 minutes from Marseille-Provence International airport.
The owner, Valerie Vonblon, welcomes you friendly all year round with for only aim your
comfort and well-being.
The house offers two junior suite and two standard rooms, all with private bathroom and
toilets, and a superb sea view.
Parking is easy, free and secure in front of the house. Motorcycles can be parked in the
garden.
Animals are welcome.

"La colonel" : junior suite
Junior suite with independent entrance at garden level.
Air conditioning,
A king size bed 200x200 and a 90x200 bed allow comfortable bedding for three people.
TV, kettle, water cooler
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a twin washbowl.
Toilets are independent.
The room opens on a large terrace facing the sea equipped with sun beds, sun
umbrella, table an chairs allowing for quiet sun bathing and relaxation
Direct access to the outside Jacuzzi, external showers and the path to the sea.
"La Belvédère"
Air conditioned room located on the first floor of the house with a superb sea view.

By Car
At 10 minutes of the A50 motorway, Marseille-Toulon, giving access to the European
motorway network.
By train:
At 20 minutes by local train from the Marseille-Saint -Charles station (www.sncf.com) the
Cassis railway station is at 5 km from l'Escale. Upon arrival we can pick you up.
By Air
At 45 minutes from the international Marseille-Provence airport (www.marseille.aeroport.
fr).
More than 100 european and worldwide destinations daily.
A regular bus shuttle to the Marseille railway station.
Many car rentals at the airport.
Rooms are available from 12:OO. (luggages can be dropped before) and must be free at
11:00.
For safety reasons we are sorry not to accept kids less than 7 years of age. Reservations
are accepted for two nights minimum. All reservations must be confirmed by a deposit of
40% of the amount of the stay. Deposit can be made by credit card via Paypal (www.
