We are a young and fresh Guesthouse inwardly in Cologne.
The pinkhomecologne provides attractive and lucrative opportunities for accommodation
and to stay for all, who prefer interesting and varied Guesthouses to the ordinary pensions
and hotels, which are often anonym and prohibitive.
OUR APARTMENTS:
The pinkhomecologne is located in the ground floor of a renovated old building.
Our Guesthouse consists in 4 apartments, an open common kitchen, a corridor, two
marmoreal common bathrooms (both with a shower or a bathtub; a washbasin, a toilette), a
winter garden and an outdoor terrace to the inner courtyard.
The high old building ceilings with stucco are also very pleasing.
COSTS:
The pinkhomecologne offers single – bedrooms and doubly bedrooms
This are the rates of the year 2008.
Please ask the host for the rates of 2009.
Our Costs at weekdays:
Single – bedrooms: : 34 € / nigth
Doubly – bedrooms: 50 € / nigth
Our Costs at weekends(fr/sa or sa/so):
Single – bedrooms:39 € / nigth
Doubly – bedrooms: 55 € / nigth
Booking of 7 nights and more: single-room from 34€/night; double-room from 47€/night
Booking of 10 nights and more: single-room from 32€/night; double-room from 43€/night
The named costs don’t count on the following days: states feasts as New Year, New Years
Eve, Easter, the First of May, Whitsuntide, All Saints Day, Christmas and so on; not at great
events in Cologne like Carnival, CSD a. s. o. (prices: please ask)
The costs are inclusive value added tax and count for one room and one night.
Accordant the dimension of the room you can account an added bed against a mark-up of
12 €/night. But you have to arrange it with the owner.
The pinkhomecologne isn’t suited for children and for domestic animals. Please have
comprehensions about these restrictions to our other guests
General Terms and Conditions
The total amount of your booking has to paied cash when you get the key. Eventually we get
a deposit of 50% of the total amount (even when there are events in Köln). This is promptly
payable.
A cancellation only can made in written form and it counts then when we give you a
certification.
A claim on the establishment of the Guesthouse you have to advice promptly. Caused
claims on the establishment of the Guesthouse, loss of a key (partial master key system),
strong contaminations of the premises of the bedclothes/towels have to paid by the guest.
Generally / lawful times of privacy are strictly to attend.
If you don’t attend these regulations the holder can make use of his domestic authority.
If several terms of this above written General conditions were ineffectual, the effectuality of
the other conditions will remain unaffected.
Copyrights:
All rights at texts, logos, pictures, graphics, etc. are copyright even when they are don’t
named referring to this.
Infringement:
Unless presumed, that from this homepage assumed an infringement, are you requested,
