The Villa Baiera is between Rome and Ciampino airport.
The holidays house BAIERA is located in Frascati, a beautiful town of the castelli romani, on
the famous Colli albani, the hills around Rome.. The apartments are situated in a quiet
place surrounded by vineyards.
Around our property we have the big area of Tor Vergata, the CNR, ENEA, ESRIN, Banca
d'Italia and the Physics research center of Frascati.
The expression Castelli Romani translates literally as 'Roman Castles', and the name
refers to a collection of wine-producing hill-towns to the south-east of Rome. These small
towns and villages are scattered over the wooded slopes of the Alban Hills (Colli Albani), a
landscape created by long-ago volcanic activity. The circular craters of Lake Nemi and Lake
Albano, testament to the area's geological past, are among the most attractive natural
features of Lazio.
The Home
Villa baiera, is a ideal residence for family with children: the property is closed with an
automatic gate, and the children can play in the big garden of 2000 m2 of the house.
We have apartments for 2 or 4 persons.
Every apartment has private parking next and a private area with table and chairs.
The Prices:
Price for 2 persons: 65 euro/night;
Price for 4 persons: 80 euro/night;
Discounts for stays of at least 3 nights.
Discounts for family with children.
The linen, parking, end cleaning are included.
Every week, or on request, there are the change linen and the cleaning of all the apartment.
Every apartment has a little breakfast for the first day.
