We are very close to the centre of London just 2 doors from Holland Park Tube Station
buses to and from the centre stop outside our door. Direct buses serving Heathrow
Airport (40 - 52 minutes) and Victoria Station (15 minutes) also stop outside. Further we
boast an all night bus service to and from the centre every 10 minutes.
Holland Park is one of the nicest areas of London it is central and a safe area. Situated
two doors down from the Holland Park Tube Station we are minutes away from many of
the main attractions that London offers.
Within Holland Park itself you will find Japanese gardens, many beautiful flower walks
and an open air theatre. childrens play areas and an area for feeding the numerous
peacocks, squirrels, pigeons, rabbits and crows.
Our location is also a short walk fromthe world famous Portobello Road antique market,
Kensington High Street the trendy world famous shopping street which was frequented
by Princess Diana and of course Kensington Palace.
We offer value for money accommodation which is decent, comfortable, well looked after
and very well located to the countless historical and modern attractions of London.
Hotel Facilities
The Kensington Guest House has six twin rooms of which two can be made into family
rooms three rooms are en-suite.
All the rooms are full fitted to suit your needs. Each room has full cooking facilities
including fridges, cookers, sink units, work surfaces, kettle, china, crockery, radio alarms
and of course linen and blankets. Along with the essentials each room has large, colour
televisions with 30 channels including: SKY Movies, Sky Sports, BSB Movies, CNN, MTV,
BBC, ITV and more.
A full English breakfast is served to your room daily between 7:30 and 9:00am hrs.
You have access to your room all day and night. However servicing takes place between
8:30am and 10:30am.
Your room will be ready by 12:00 Midday on your day of arrival. Checkout time on your day
of departure is 10:30am. The Kensington Guest House has a policy of NO pets.

Take the Victoria Line Tube and change at Oxford Circus onto the Central Line to Holland
Park Station. As you leave the station turn Left. We are 2 doors from the station on the
main road (same side). Alternatively take bus 148 from bus stop "S" on Wilton Road ask
for Holland Park Station we are on the opposite side of the road 2 doors from the station.
HEATHROW AIRPORT
Take Airbus A2 from outside arrivals any terminal and ask the driver for Holland Park
STATION. It stops just outside our door so is ideal for the weary traveler (£10 single £15
return at the time of writing this children £5 single £7-50 return.
GATWICK AIRPORT
Take Main Line Gatwick Express single £11 Return £22 change at Victoria onto the Tube
then use the Victoria Line change at Oxford Circus onto the Central Line to Holland Park
Station. As you leave the station turn Left. We are 2 doors from the station on the main
road (same side).
STANSTEAD AIRPORT
Take Stanstead Express Train £13 single £26 return (every 15 minutes) to Liverpool
Street Station then take Central Line to Holland Park Station We are 2 doors from the
station on the main road (same side).
LIVERPOOL St. Stn.
Take the Central Line direct to Holland Park Stn. then as above.
PADDINGTON Stn.
Take Circle or District Line change at Notting Hill Gate Stn. Onto the Central Line to

London after 9-30 which gives unlimited travel on busses and trains in zones 1&2 (not
