Bed and Breakfast"
We are located in the Hamilton area and offer two large beautifull bedrooms: one with twin
beds and the other with a queen-sized bed. There is room for an extra roll-away cot in
either room. Satellite TV is provided in each room.
We now have high-speed, wireless internet available in all of our rooms.
Enjoy a full or continental breakfast.
Snacks are included in our rates.
Accommodation for well behaved pets can be negotiated.
Our home is a smoke free environment.

Jacuzzi and satellite TV .
Welcome to our "Twin Room" featuring fridge, an en-suite bathroom and satellite TV.
We also offer the Twin Room in a "King" configuration.

Enjoy a full or, continental breakfast in our warm and comfortable dining area.
In the summer months, breakfast may be served in the bright and spacious sun room.
For your convenience there is a television available in each bedroom however, you are
welcome to join us in our family room .

The "Queen Room" has a personal in room fridge and the private bathroom features
a shower, whirlpool bath and satellite TV.

Double Occupancy $95.00
The "Twin Room" features an en suite shower, personal fridge in the room and satellite TV.
We also offer this room as a "King Accommodation", the twin beds are placed together in
a king configuration.

Detailed Directions
From Hwy 403 take Hwy 52 (Copetown) exit. Turn south on Hwy 52. Cross Wilson St. onto
Trinity Road. Travel 2 concessions south. Turn right (west) onto Butter Road. Look for the
mower on our front lawn.

We are located only minutes away from Mount Hope International Airport.
* Cultural events such as concerts presented by the Hamilton Philharmonic are just a
short drive from our B & B.
* Other areas of interest include the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum.
* On a warm summer evening a dinner cruise on the Grand River presented by the
Caledonia Boat Farm can be a very pleasant experience.
