Nice and elegant flat at a walking distance from the Sagrada Familia. 3 bedrooms with a
wonderful Modernist floor, new private bathrooms and free use of the kitchen.
All conforts and hospitality of a private home to enjoy the beauties of Barcelona. Located
in a central position it is very well served by subway, buses, train from the airport and
bike tracks.
IT IS NOT an hotel, but a private property ruled by LAU contracts (Spanish law for short
term rentals).
The whole flat has been decorated with different colours and big oil-paintings respecting
the typical structure of an original 1923 building (Antoni Gaudi Period).
Groc room : blue and yellow queen-size bedroom with a lovely iron balcony and a private
bathroom just in front of the room. It has a huge Mexican painting over the bed and it
sunny and quiet. It is dedicated to travels with books and paintings on journeys.
Sweet room : the most peaceful and romantic with an inner bathroom and a very nice
veranda with sliding cristal doors. It can be prepared with a big bed or with separate
ones. It has air-condition, wi-fi, central heating and a king-size bed. It is different and
decorated with an artistic touch with paintings by young students of Art and Theater. It
represents a story of a Kingdom...
Rosa room : a small but lovely salmon-pink bedroom with two separate beds (a queen-
size plus a single bed), a large window and a private bathroom just in front of the room.
It is dedicated to women and flowers and decorated with grandma laces and works of
